CAS-AM: Shaping the Future of Thrombosis Care
The first day of the CAS-AM course started with an introduction by Hugo Ten cate, followed by the 1st case on antithrombotic management in cancer associated venous thrombosis. Two tutorial groups followed the problem based learning structure of Maastricht University thereby activating prior knowledge and defining learning goals. The day ended with an introduction workshop on leadership by Katarzyna Czabanowska “Bridging gaps for thrombosis care leadership” to train the new leaders in thrombosis case.
