CAS-AM: Shaping the Future of Thrombosis Care
After a long summer in which the participants completed their portfolio, it’s time for the second CAS-AM course week. The first day started with a combined lecture on DOAC pharmokinetics and drug-drug interactions by Bianca Rocca and Jonathan Douxfils. The problem-based learning case discussion on venous thrombosis, PE and PTS, moderated by Erik Klok and Rupert Bauersachs, was supported by a workshop on CTEPH/PTS/SSPE/distal with Erik Klok and Arina ten Cate. The educational program was closed by Manuela Joore presenting the keynote lecture on Health Technology Assessment. To close the day, Tastevin selected 7 excellent wines for a tasting event.
